This website covers random products made in the United States past and present. I hope you enjoy a little history of when the United States made its own products instead of buying items made from slave labor in China.

A very disturbing thing has been happening over the last few decades. Companies have been shutting down or having their products made in China left and right. If you go to a Wal-Mart or K-Mart or any large store it would take you all day to find ten items made in the U.S.

Remember all the baby toys and poisoned pet food that was from China? It seems like everything from China has dangerous levels of lead in it. Everything you can imagine from handbags to artificial turf used on football fields. Even some products like mandarin oranges and fruit cups are from China. If they will put lead in baby toys I don’t think I want food packaged their.

In China people are forced to work for very low wages. That is why the products are so cheap. Workers live in dorms built next to factories with forty people sharing a single room. The suicide rate is high because all they do is work and sleep for little money. To help with the suicide rate their wage was raised to a generous $300 (U.S. dollars) a month! It is so bad that bars were put up at the dorms to prevent workers from jumping to their death.

G.E. has slashed 1000’s of jobs to move them over seas. G.E. has over 14,000 workers in China now. They are going to sink more than 2 billion in to China to build a partnership. G.E. has even sold jet engines to terrorist countries!

Factories have been shut down that made incandescent light bulbs in favor of the compact fluorescent containing toxic mercury that is made in China. The old style bulbs are banned in California and soon will be banned in every state if the green people get their way. The new bulbs are worse for the environment it is all about the green(money).

The C.E.O. of G.E. Jeffrey Immelt lost more than 24,000 jobs since he started in 2001. For some insane reason Obama made him his job advisor. Obama has been in bed with G.E. for a long time.
